Your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers.

You are not responsible to generate your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 75% of the legwork has been done for you. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible position to succeed.


Duties and responsibilities


  • Promotion of Treeium products and services to prospective and existing clients, through company sponsored leads
  • Perform a detailed project evaluation to find homeowner’s interests and needs
  • Provide Precon department with project details to request client proposal 
  • Delivery of interactive sales presentations on D&B products and services
  • Review contracts with client and close sale 
  • Place Door tags and assist with direct marketing as assigned
  • Solicit company reviews 
  • Mandatory attendance to company weekly department training and completing assigned courses within Treeium University in time efficient manner 
  • Continues a high level service experience for customers 
  • Other duties may be assigned



  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Must be able to solicit, negotiate, sell and draft solar and energy efficient contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Adverse Project Management Experience and Skillset
  • Valid driver's license, clean DMV record 
  • Home Improvement Salesperson Registration (H.I.S), subject to approval with CSLB
  • Reliable Transportation

Working conditions and Schedule 


This position may require outdoor work under varying field conditions and able to work remote locations.

Must remain available between 8am-7pm 5 days a week for sales leads, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays/Sundays as needed (varied)
